Blockchain Ladies represents more than a mere community; it stands as a virtual realm where resilient and empowered women serve as a source of inspiration for their peers. For those who harbor a fervent interest in Blockchain, harbor curiosity towards cryptocurrencies, partake in cryptocurrency trading, or are enthusiastic entrepreneurs and investors, this platform offers a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals.

In the realm of finance and trading, women often face formidable challenges in merely gaining visibility, perpetuating an environment where the notion of trading being exclusively a "man's game" lingers. Nevertheless, we are steadfast in our determination to defy such perceptions and dispel the notion that women are not well-suited for this arena. On the contrary, women possess the capability and fervent desire to ascend to prominent positions, leveraging their financial assets to their advantage.

The essence of the Blockchain Ladies movement transcends monetary gains; it is deeply rooted in values. We firmly believe in the potential of Blockchain technology as an empowering instrument, propelling us towards a world characterized by transparency, efficiency, and equality. This technology holds the promise of reshaping societal norms and fostering a more equitable environment for all.

The community has:

• Connected 7200 female professionals worldwide
  
• Organized four major live events in Rome and one event digitally in the presence of institutions and stakeholders
  
• Started the online sale of a line of merchandise for charity, funding with the proceeds some training activities aimed at the very young about cryptocurrencies, and employing the creative and interactive method of LEGOs for such activities
  
• It has partnered with the IBNO Blockchain Observatory (promoted by DEMI, University of Naples Federico II) to conduct analysis and research surveys on the issue of gender differences in the Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies sphere
  
• It published with IBNO Observatory (in December 2021) the first ever report in Europe on the status of female employment in the sector.
